"I've been fascinated by the breath. My goal in these sessions was to find inner peace and calm. I've always been a type-A go-go-go anxious person and I needed something that would bring me inwards.The sessions had a profound impact on me, blowing past my initial expectations. I was going through a period of change in my life when I started the breathing sessions. I felt the breath would support me through this transition in a balanced and easy way.
In the first session, I was shocked to realize how much I struggled to breathe properly. The most emotional moment was realizing I was holding my breath and not exhaling.
The very next day, I noticed improvements in my sleep and began accepting life’s events with ease. Physically, I felt more energetic. I am now more focused on my breathing, which has greatly increased my awareness. I breathe consciously, effortlessly, and naturally.
In the 4th and 5th sessions, during the quiet periods after my breath opened, I experienced transformative realizations. I received answers to my intentions and questions.
